Prepare the Equipment

– Milk Jug
– Scale
– Whisk
– (Hand Frother)

Add Ingredients

First, weigh the amount of milk in the jug, then add the chocolate.

Emulsify

Emulsify with the steam wand until reaching 65°C.

Serve

Mix with the hand frother to break up any remaining pieces, then serve.
