The first artistic Trend Book for the world of Haute Gastronomy.
This is not a recipe book.
For months, we observed and analysed the movements shaping the world beyond gastronomy — from fashion to underground music, through architecture and digital culture — and translated them into eight artistic trends.
We then invited fifteen culinary artists, among the most daring of their generation, to interpret them through an exceptional material: single-variety chocolate.
