We love to see how chocolate professionals interpret the flavor and characteristics of our cocoa and chocolate, and we invite you to try them out for yourself! The process of making chocolate is very complex: Although we do provide assistance and guidance on how to benefit from our Single Variety approach, everything depends on the chocolate maker in the end.
